If it turns out that the selected category does not match the entitled ticket category of the customer, Founders Foundation gGmbH will contact the customer immediately. In such a case, the company reserves the right to cancel the ticket and consult with the customer. The customer will be informed transparently that any costs associated with the cancellation of the ticket are being charged to the buyer.
